Payment: Payment terms will be specified in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in delay or suspension of services.

Confidentiality: SocialBull agrees to maintain the confidentiality of customer information and proprietary data shared during the provision of services.

Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created or developed by SocialBull in the course of providing services shall remain the property of SocialBull unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
